Chris McCandless in "Into The Wild" had an astonishing point of view, the book was incredible and I loved hearing about his adventures. If I could I would go back and go along his journey with him (of course if I didn't have the chance of dying), just to see the way he went about things and to ask him the main question alot of people try to ask, WHY?

Chris was on a mission and he didn't want anyone to try and stop him and that's why i was really hard for him to accept any help even if it was only a ride. He wanted to do this on his own, he wanted to explore and see the outter world. Chris was determined, it didn't matter to him what others had to say about him he did what he wanted to do, and he didn't let anyone change that.

When you think about it, if your set to do something your going to do it whether others want you to or not. Also, Chris kept alot to myself and when it comes down to it, it was probably the best option for him. One shouldn't judge another based on another's dreams.

Chris followed his dream, and he died satisfied. I believe what I said was true because otherwise why would he have gone on his journey? Yeah he wanted to explore, but going out as a traveler and risk taker, you understand all the possibilities. You know what could happen.
